Pioneer Press Bobblehead

I hadn't seen this one before, but got it recently on the cheap.  I haven't been able to find out much about this one, maybe its rare, maybe not.  It's a bulldog and that probably doesn't make it too valuable or collectible.  But it fits right in my collection!  It is the "mascot" of the Pioneer Press and thats about all I know.
