New Addition - Dean & Rog Bobbleheads

I picked these 2 bobbleheads up recently, its a set of Dean & Rog, giveaway bobbleheads from the Houston Aeros (former affiliate of the Minnesota Wild).  Back in 2012, the Aeros did a giveaway of these 2 popular morning show hosts from the Houston area, I believe these are fairly limited but I'm unsure of the giveaway number.  They do lock together to make a nice little "dual" bobblehead!

Roady - Cedar Rapids Kernels

I always tell myself I have to have a reason to buy a bobblehead that isn't necessarily from Minnesota or a player affiliated with Minnesota (it makes me sleep better at night).  This is one of those bobbles. Ron "Roady" Plein is the clubhouse manager for the Cedar Rapids Kernels, of course they are the Twins Class A Affiliate (see, there is the reason I needed).  This bobblehead was given away in 2012 as Roady is an icon in the Cedar Rapids area and easily one of the most sought after collectibles for the locals!

Minnesota Renaissance Festival Mini Bobbleheads

Earlier this year I blogged about a Ren Fest bobblehead that I picked up.  Click the link to read more! At that time I was informed there were 2 other bobbleheads that the Renaissance Festival produced. One of each of their hosts - Jim Cunningham and Laszlo Nemesi.  I believe the Jim bobblehead is from 2004 and Laszlo is from 2012.  These were gifts given to people who went to the Feast of Fantasy Dinner.  These are nice mini bobbles, very detailed but if you find them - be careful as with most mini bobbleheads, they aren't the most sturdy!

Finally - The Trifecta!

Recently I completed the Trifecta - when it comes to Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau double bobbleheads!  I believe they share their likeness on 3 different bobbleheads.  The first is an SGA from a Fort Myers Miracle game, I believe in 2007.  This is somewhat of a "mini" bobblehead, but not a true mini.  It's certainly smaller than the typical 7 inch variety.  I believe there were 1000 of these cool bobbleheads given away!

The second one is an SGA bobblehead from the Twins in 2012, this is easily the most common of the 3 as I'm sure they were 10,000 (or more) of these given away.

Below is the double bobblehead that completed the Mauer/Morneau bobblehead trifecta.  I don't know much about this one.  I believe its from 2008 or 2009 and since its has a red base, its a season ticket holder bobblehead.  I've heard that it was given to select season ticket holders who purchased either specific seats or has a large season ticket base.  I've heard only 100-200 of these were given out!

Minnesota Twins ST Bobblehead Set (Part 10 - Years 2010-2013)

I'm bunching years 2010 thru 2013 into one blog post.  Why you ask, for one simple reason, there weren't many ST bobbleheads during those years.  2009 was the last year the Twins did a set of 4 bobbleheads.

2010 was the Legends of the Dome set (Kirby Puckett & Kent Hrbek).  This was produced as a set, both bobbleheads came in one box.  Then I believe in 2011 they did a Mauer/Morneau double bobblehead - which I do not have.  In 2012 they did a Josh Willingham red base bobblehead and most recently in 2013 they did one of my favorite bobbleheads, Joe Mauer wearing a powder blue jersey.  This one is also different because its on a green base instead of the normal red base for season ticket holders.

Below are some pictures...enjoy!!
